| 内容記述 | This article aims to show patterns of processes of socio-economic changes in a rural village in Fiji as well as those of new strategies taken by some exceptional local people. It is analysed by means of comparing data collected in the same village in 2002 and 2019. Inculturation , which is generated from individual habitus and the practical sense , means that one interprets the significance of available resources newly appearing in the modernising circumstance in a field. It also means that he subjectively incorporates them to his own context. The legitimacy showing “what is the appropriate choice on an occasion” forms a shared system of values in the field. When a deviating practice obtains another legitimacy, then the practice, with the meaning of innovation, forms a creative arrangement of resources available in the field, called social organisation. We have to keep our eyes on not only the micro viewpoint from which the scenes of various practices on an occasion with disorder after the socio-economic impacts can be grasped, but the macro viewpoint from which a new form of social organisation in the field can be understood. With both viewpoints, then we can also analyse comprehensive processes in which the rural village has adapted itself to long-time environmental changes. | |||||
